We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when requesting information about us or our products and Services, participating in activities on the Services, or contacting us.

All personal information must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of changes.

We automatically collect device and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser, OS, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, timestamps, pages viewed, searches, feature use, system activity, error reports, and hardware settings) primarily to maintain security/operation and for analytics.
- Log and Usage Data. Service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information recorded in log files.
- Device Data. Information about the device you use to access the Services.
- Location Data. We may collect precise or imprecise location data (e.g., via IP address). You can disable location collection in your device settings; some features may not work without it.

Currently no uniform DNT standard is finalized; we do not respond to DNT signals. If standards are adopted, we will update this notice.
9. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes. If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

Your CCPA Rights
- Delete: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
- Know: Request to know categories, sources, purposes, third parties, and specific pieces of personal information collected.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate for exercising your rights.
- Limit Sensitive Info: We do not process sensitive personal information.
Verification: We will verify your identity for requests and may request additional information if necessary. We will delete such additional info after verification.

10. DO VIRGINIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes. Under the Virginia CDPA, consumers have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal/similar effects.
American Life Broker has not sold personal data to third parties for business or commercial purposes and will not do so.
Exercise rights by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where reasonably necessary).
Right to appeal: If we decline action, email us to appeal. We will respond within 60 days. You may also contact the Virginia Attorney General to submit a complaint.

In Short: Yes. We will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version is effective when posted.
